Gothenburg

Gothenburg, with 600000 inhabitants has been named the world’s most sustainable destination according to the Global Destination Sustainability Index. Through caring for the planet, the city and the people who live here, the city of Gothenburg set the goal to be an international example when it comes to sustainability.

The NordicPATH project will contribute to this goal by implementing an Urban Living Lab in Gothenburg. The Gothenburg Living Lab will join the sustainable smart parks initiative to map and integrate the ideas and wishes from the citizens in the decision making processes, to make parks the green, clean and accessible oases that we need in our future cities.
